At GolfRoots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your new or used clubs don't improve your game, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Secure the Gear

  Carefully pack your clubs or accessories in their original packaging or a similarly protective box to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our pro shop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
